Made by a passionate guy who loves and knows BBQ.We travel a lot and tasted hundreds (not kidding) of BBQ joint and this on is up there with the best.Delicious, very moist and perfectly cooked brisket.Fall of the bone (just enough!!!!) back ribs. Great spice rub.First time having turkey wings. Will definitely try that at home.Also he make beef rib strips.....
