Kiosk only makes me angry. And she was rude when she told us. As I watched, 3 others after us she didn't even bother to tell. They just stood there waiting. I told them and they walked out.
We ordered on the app with a 30 minute pickup time. We arrived on time. All food was cold. The tacos were soggy. The bean burrito was ordered with no onions and arrived with extra onions. As you can imagine it was inedible. None of the requested border sauce was included.We suggest abandoning the app and using the kiosk instead. Your food will arrive fresh, hot and correct (after you check it at the counter.)
