Best gumbo! The Founders salad was also excellent. The filet and dirty rice was fantastic. I don't recommend the wagyu though. It was cooked perfectly, but was a little tougher than Wagyu should be. The service was excellent as were the drinks.
Based on pictures, the restaurant has a more formal aesthetic. In reality, it's pretty casual & is in the hotel lobby. Because it's in the lobby, how loud it is depends on how many people are in the lobby. If you get a steak, the steak sides are not shareable portions. The drinks were good!

Love the building! It's an old bank that's been renovated, but still retains the art deco design and feel, including the original murals. The food was great and we really enjoyed our evening before the convenient, short walk to the Manship Theatre.
