What a nightmare arrived at 4.45 pm was seated right away great , waited about fifteen minutes had look for one help us so finely she takes our drink order and walks away lm like trying to call her back were ready to order no luck.other customers are coming in and being seated. Next thing we notice is there orders are being taken right away ,so again start looking for our waitress no luck we still haven't placed our order. This was a traditional Chili's and definitely met those expectations. The food was great and the server was excellent. It had been awhile since I've been to a Chili's, but it was a great choice.

A lot to cover.Me, my kid, and my friend showed up for dinner. Busy. We waited to be seated for 30+ mins, then finally got seated. The waitress was demanding and rushing us, waitedforever for apps. Finally got my chips. They were not salted enough. Waited even more for main course, my steak was dry, and my sons fries were soggy and cold.
