First time and had fajitas and margaritas on this night. Being from Houston Texas, I've had fajitas from many different places in Houston. I can honestly say that the fajitas at Chimi V's are the best I've ever had. Many times, you order chicken fajitas, and they are dry. The food was good....not great food, however the atmosphere and service was excellent. I think our servers name was Brandon. It was his first day waiting tables on his own, but we couldn't tell.
