The food is always great. I always have the same server when I go. Hands down he gives the best service of anywhere I go. He's soo polite and attentive. I choose this Ichiban because of him. Great Job!!!
For anyone that isn't aware that Ichiban in Bossier has new owners, they do. They are the family that owned the former Jabez and Jabes. The food is so good! This is my meal from last night. This is filet mignon cooked medium rare and it was AMAZING! Just like always! I switch out the vegetable mix for just broccoli and I omit the onions from the fried rice.
