We were in town to gamble. Looked up area restaurants and this one came up. It looked a sketchy and unkept from the outside. Very dated on the inside. But decided to go ahead and give it a try. The food was pretty good except the shrimp breading was thick and hard but a good size. The fish was very tender and tasty. The lady that took our order brought it out to us and was very pleasant and grateful for our patronage.
Surprisingly average. From the looks of the place they might've been closed for months until the day we walked in, And no one cleaned the place before reopening. However the fried fish was decent and there's not much else around to compete with them so take what they give. Taco bell next door was the better choice.

This is the the best Sam's Southern Eatery along the I-20 corridor Eatery. The building is definitely a little rustic. But the service is exceptional. The 7.99 lunch soecial included a small drink, a mountain of fries, 2 delicious fish, and 4 gigantic shrimp.
