“I’ve passed this place 1 million times on Benton Drive. Finally stopped in for lunch today. I got chicken tenders/shrimp basket with fries and red beans and rice. My wife got the fish plate. It was actually very good. The chicken was juicy, fish and shrimp were cooked right, fries and red beans were awesome. really clean place inside and the staff was awesome. Will definitely eat there again.“
“The food is always good! Meals specifically put together to ensure the most flavorful experience. But... It's really the service that's sets them apart from every other restaurant. The servers are on top of things and the staff never let your table stay cluttered or the glasses go empty. Always a good experience.“
“Jewella location: I go here at least once a week (sometimes up to 3) for a 4 piece fish with fries hush puppies an extra roll and a sweet tea. The fish is ALWAYS crispy. My order has NEVER been wrong and the roll is one of the best things I've ever eaten. The service at even the drive-thru is always on point and I believe it is a family owned business. Chick O Fish has been a fixture in my family for at least a year and I'm not mad at them taking my money!!“
“Enjoy a group eat out it was about 30 of us. We had an anniversary and 3 birthdays they all were so acknowledge... we all had a great time!!!! The service was phenomenal could not have ask for better...thanks for everthing.....Parking: They have a wonderful amount of parking spaces.. had no problem getting a handicap parking spot...Kid-friendliness: We had our 6 month old grandson with us before we sat down they has u a prop to place his seat into...Wheelchair accessibility: Upon entrance they moved everything so getting to the table was no problem“

Fresh and delicious, Tasty ground taco beef, very good Charro Beans. Red sauce was a little sweet and taste like a Spaghetti Sauce, next get cheese sauce or chili sauce on Beef Enchiladas!“

“I arrived at 7:15- and the place was pretty slow.. got a corner booth and waited for the server. Chips and salsa arrived . Chips were fresh and salsa had great flavors. Needed heat. Enjoyed a coronarita ($10) and Beef with shrimp fajitas. Expect an up charge for 1.50 on beef items. The fajitas ($18) were also flavorful, but lacked heat. So I ordered a whole roasted jalapeño ($0.60) anndddddd....... you guessed it. Needed more spice. My server was pleasant and made sure that I had everything I needed. All in all an enjoyable experience. $30- Plus tip & will feed me 2 more times.“
“Driving home from Florida to Texas, stopped by Crawfish tyme! I want to say their customer service was the best! We didn't know it was take out only. We ordered 5 lbs crawfish and the snowcrab leg combo. Asked if there was somewhere we can go to eat it, and they offered to bring out a table for us to eat since we have little ones and it's hot outside. Gave our little ones popsicles. We appreciated it soo muchh! Ate EVERYTHING. Will definitely stop by again if we are ever driving thru! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT CRAWFISH TYME. My little ones loved you guys as well“

“This to me is the North Bossier/Benton spot. Silver Star North is close to the house and always has a great vibe. The staff is absolutely amazing and all of the bartenders are rock stars @lyni @kristal @jessie @reanna. “Our family came to Flying Burger tonight to try it out for the first time. We were greeted by a young man who started taking our order at 4:50. The time is important to note because in the middle of taking our order, the manager yelled at the young man telling him to clock out because it wasn't 5 yet. We then had to go to a different cashier so they could finish taking our order. The manager apologized to us, but in reality, she should apologize to the employee. The way that situation was handled was completely unprofessional. Not only did she embarrass the employee, she also created an awkward and unnecessarily negative experience for us, the customer. I hope that young man goes elsewhere for employment...anywhere else where he's appreciated. The food was great, but our family will not be back based solely on how that manager treated her staff.“
“We had a party of 12 and everyone's food came out cold. The butter didn't even melt on top of our steaks they were so cold. We asked for the manager. Marcus came out and blamed the server, he took no ownership in the buisiness, the food or the Salt Grass Brand. How disappointing that a manager does not know how to manage his kitchen and blames it on the server. We were a military table and low and behold he granted us the military discount which we were entitled to anyway as an I'm sorry. I've never seen a manager who doesn't care and treats his employees and guests this way. I hope this company pays attention and takes this opportunity to replace or retrain this site.“
“Came in the other night before heading to the casino, wanting some good seafood. Although my experience wasn't perfect, my server/bartender made it a great experience. I ordered the king crab legs, which isn't a cheap order :), when I got them, they were still frozen in certain sections. I politely asked if they could just warm them up a bit, knowing the meat from king crab is very pricey. She refused to just reheat and told me they would replace the whole dish. After a little wait and a few beers, they brought me 2 pounds of fresh king crab and all the fixings, needless to say it felt like Christmas and I was well taken care of. Absolutely turned an okay experience into an amazing experience and done with all smiles. Will absolutely return when I'm working in this area again. Great job!“
