“Their bread is to die for it's the bomb diggity and their Chicken with cane sauce will make you hurt yourself trying to eat it cause you can't eat it fast enough be tripping over your tongue ? but all in all it's quickly made and easily eaten! “I love my Jersey Mikes in Central. Use to have to travel to Town Square. Food is fresh and delicious. I stop by at least once a week and sometimes more. The owner and staff are awesome. If you haven't tried it, you should. Never go to S****** again.”

“My experience at the Greenwell Springs location was very good. It didn't start out that way due to a technical issue with the online ordering system, the very sweet young lady @ cashier let me know that there was no order received although I had a confirmation via email. This was very upsetting we drove from Baker to pick up the food and we were very hungry. Still she was never disrespectful even with all of my complaints being made known. She offered to call the manager for which I agreed was a good idea... And here is where things took a turn. Once the manager arrived he listened to what the issue was, (not to mention he drove from another store to resolve the issue) he advised that his customers are priority and did everything he could to figure out what went wrong with the transaction. I was assured I would be refunded (I did receive refund ), and was able to get our food pretty quickly after he arrived !! We are so very grateful to experience this level of customer service ,especially in a time where it seems like kindness and empathy is not the standard or trend. Mr. Tim is the example and thank you to all the staff at Po Boy Express #6 for all of your hard work !!! The food service industry is not an easy one to work in but you are appreciated, valued and needed. THANK YOUHANZ H. ?? ? ?‍ ?”

“Sonic ranks close to the top of fast food restaurants for me. Some locations even offer outside covered table dining. I’m not a fan of eating in my car, but on occasion we do. The order boards now accept your credit or debit card on the board for an easy payment option. The ‘car hops’ bring your food on roller blades and service is usually pretty fast. Great desserts too.”

“I had the pleasure to visit Bellue’s this past week. Food was awesome. We had spare ribs, macaroni and cheese, cornbread dressing with shrimp, corn bread and beans. Very friendly atmosphere. The owner greeted us , gave us some samples and took the time to chat. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back in May to try something else!”

“Elsie’s is a favorite of mine so it was a no brainer to go there for my birthday back in March. It was the first time for my boyfriend, who’s from Kenner, and he was throughly impressed. We got the red bean hummus and crawfish queso to start because I think EVERY MEAL should start with those two. The entrees were delectable as always and to top it all off, they had my all time favorite pie in the case. We took home a whole chocolate pecan pie because who needs birthday cake when you can have birthday pie?!?! All in all, a perfect evening at Elsie’s as always.”

“I hosted my small group here and it was really nice. They were very accommodating and got our drinks to us fast. Most of the group had never had boba tea, but the lady was extremely patient and explained everything and allowed sampling, which was appreciated.”

The place was made to look high end but lacked some ambiance. The home made bread was fantastic but they only bring one and did not offer more unless you ask. “If you are a lover of Neopolitan-style pizza--and you should be--this is your place. The pies are perfection. The sauce is a bright, fresh, and simple, tasting of high-quality San Marzano tomatoes. Nothing more and nothing less, just as I like it. But the crust. The crust! Phenomenal. I have been advised that they sell their dough balls. I have not yet taken advantage, but I fully intend to, though I know my Ooni is a poor substitution for Rocca's beautiful oven. If you don't order the garlic knots, you are a fool. I have had similar at a well-known New Orleans establishment. These are better by far. You have not lived until you have had the whipped provolone. I only wish I could recreate myself as it sadly does not transport well. Their newest special is housemade pastrami on rye. I myself do not eat beef but my husband loves pastrami, so we dropped everything so he could try it without delay. We have visited New York City several times in the past couple of years. My husband has had some GOOD pastrami sandwiches. He says he likes Rocca's better. Better than Katz. Service is always lovely, ambiance is good. If you're going on a Friday or Saturday, make reservations. This is popular spot, and for good reason.”

“A friend referred me to Stone and Cloth last year, when I told her I was looking for a new stone for my breakfast table. My mother and I walked into their shop pre-lockdown and were warmly welcomed by Kelly Kirby. She gave me great suggestions for a replacement stone and a list of the Stone Distributors in town to search for my desired slab. Her suggestion for the marble was spot on and that’s the one we selected for our breakfast table. Since I placed my order during the lockdown, installation was delayed until phase 2 would allow for work to commence. During the waiting period, Kelly worked with me regarding having my existing breakfast table stone retrofitted for one of my bathroom counters. They removed the existing sink and under-mounted a new one to freshen up bathroom. At the same time, we realized the remaining piece of the slab for the breakfast table would fit perfectly in a second bathroom and a new sink under-mounted as well. We are very pleased with the excellent fabrication of all of the stone work and the installers had been polite, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend using Stone and Cloth for all of your building needs.”
