“We got into town in the evening and checked into The Southern hotel. We didn't feel like getting back in the car, so we looked for nearby places and I'm glad we did! The food here was very good, it wasn't too busy and we all enjoyed our dinner.Price was reasonable, and we got pizza, meatballs, friend chicken sandwich and the spicy tots.Do not miss out on the spicy tots - awesome. My wife has dairy and gluten sensitivities and we were able to get several items that were delicious and met her dietary needs.If we're in town again, we'll definitely be back!“

“Arrived in Covington LA, while camping after exploring the cajun area, went looking for another Boil. Found this gem on Google. Hubby and I stopped in a little confused gal at register gave us 2 cups and menus suggested we review menus and return to register when ready to order. while trying to decipher the what some items were. a very kind gentleman stopped by table inquired if we needed anything and made some suggestions, got our drinks even though normally self serve, took our order. hubby ended choosing alligater sausage pasta(swamp pasta) I reddish with crawfish cream sauce. “We are just leaving a late dinner at Isabella’s. I must say we are overly impressed with the level of service we received. We went in near closing time and everyone was super nice and accommodating!! Food was fresh and delicious. I want the owners to know they are lucky to have such a caring and friendly staff! Longer than my arm, blistering hot, and all of the greasy glory of a primo slice at a helluva great price. The tea, food, and desserts were delicious, everything was decorated so lovely, and the staff made sure everyone always had full glasses/tea cups! “Great spot for consistently good Italian food. Portions are huge so you can definitely split a meal here. Very good local seafood dishes like fried soft shell crab (in season) and nightly fish specials. My favorite is their tomato cream sauce.“
“Located in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. It is pretty easy to find. I came with a couple of coworkers as we like to get together for dinner every once in a while. We walk in and are quickly seated and asked what beverages we wanted. All three of us ordered appetizers and only two of them were brought out. The wings were good but only mildly tangy, not really spicy. The dip was bland. We never got the fried ravioli, but that is probably for the best and we did not get charged for it. One of my coworkers got the fried fish plate and came no where close to finishing it. The other got the steak and also came no where close to finishing it. I got the pasta and shrimp and my stomach started revolting before we were done. The total price was reasonable, and they were quick on the drink refills. Everything inside seemed clean and well laid out. I am not sure I will be back.“

Service was good.Others said it was good, but one ate meatballs and spaghetti.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was fine but they did not eat very much. That is not uncommon so I doubt it was anything to do with the taste.Nice big booth to keep kids from getting up and down from a chair. Kids were 4 and 5.“
“I recently ordered the manicotti for dinner through DoorDash and with every bite, I was in heaven! It was absolutely delicious and I’m excited to order it again in the future. The only very minor issue I had was that the caesar dressing to my salad was missing from my order, but we’re all human and small mistakes happen so I wasn’t worried about it! Every single course was spectacular, the restaurant was beautiful, wouldn't change anything about the delicious food. The star of the evening, however, was Stephanie, our waitress.
