I know it's fast food. Store was clean. Staff was very slow. Lobby was only stocked with fire sauce, knives and unhappy guests waiting on food that comes out slower than a full blown restaurant. If I had known it would be that alow to get two items I would have sat down at the Mexican restaurant next door.
Stopped in for a late lunch. Food is typical of every other taco bell. Employees need refresher training in customer service, no wonder they now want you to order via the app or kiosk. Quality across the board has seriously dropped.

The food is okay, but now that they have the kiosk they refuse to help you. They will straight up tell you to use it if. You want to order something. They are losing customers because a older couple didn't know how to use it. Then they left. Also the price seems to go up. There food isn't what it use to be and now they skim on what you get and charge more. Just ain't worth it to me.
