I walked in on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch and was greeted by the front end employee who was busy straightening the drink and condiment area. She immediately acknowledged me and told me she would be right with me. My food was hot, the curly fries were fresh, the experience was pleasant, and the dining room was in order. Good job, Hailegh and the rest of the staff. I will be back.
I was not impressed with the service. After my order was prepared no one made an effort to let me know to come back and pick it up at the counter. Considering hardly a few customers were present, it took a another customer to tell me that my order was ready. My that time my burgers and fries were barely warm.

Tonight, I had a horrible experience at the arby's on Sherwood Forest. But since I was in the mood for arby's. I traveled to the next closest location. Denham. Where I was met with a very polite person. My order was correct, my food was great and the personnel was on point and efficient!! THANK YOU. I won't ever waste my time with sherwood forest again!
