A real hidden gem. My go to sushi restaurant. The owners are there every day and have been for as long as I remember. I've never had an issue with anything from asahi. I recommend them over any other sushi place in baton rouge or surrounding areas.
Been coming here for about 5-6 years and i’ve never had a single complaint about anything. The staff is so friendly and the food can’t be beat. Love this place. Jay and his family and crew are the best.

Freshly prepped food and outstanding service. The Yaki Udon noodles are perfect. Rolls are amazing. Sashimi is fresh with large portions. They have a decent sake selection, the unfiltered sake is fab!
