Worst Chipotle I’ve been to in the country. Nastier each time. This time we decided not to eat there (see pictures, didn’t take any of bathroom but that was nasty too). Staff just standing around, out of queso and cheese (that just makes me laugh). No thank you.

Tried Chipotle for the first time today. Highly disappointed is an understatement. My husband and I both got bowls in which the rice was still hard. The steak was okay but nothing special. Overall, the bowl had hardly any flavor even with sauce. The queso was the worst queso we have ever tried. None of my family would eat it. The first time I went there I was able to get something to eat . It wasn't as it was advertised, but that was ok. The second time I went, I was told that I couldn't get served because they only take on-line orders. What kind if food place only takes on-line orders??? They don't have to worry about me getting anything from there. I don't put my bank info or debit card info on the internet.
