KIOSKS! If I'm making the effort to go to your business, I don't want to use your app to order! There was nobody at the registers and after ordering with the kiosk app I had to find someone to speak with to straighten out part of the order that the stupid app couldn't do. HIRE PEOPLE TO WORK THE COUNTER. PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS FOR SUCH LOW QUALITY FOOD.
Shout out to the young man working breakfast line cashier. I asked for a certain modification (pork free diet) for my breakfast meal because I wanted a friend to try it out. Without hesitation he replied “I got you!” And rang it in. My friend actually enjoyed the breakfast sandwich so much He wanted another for later. Fyi, there is no point in double car lanes if you only have one person working the window all you do is make wait times really long and I didn't get food for me but yall charge for extra sauce?!??!?! You just lost a good bit of customers doing that. Place is dirty, like I said wait times are long and of course they never have ice cream but there has to be a positive somewhere just haven't found it yet
