We had a decent to good meal here while passing through.Food was fresh, nicely presented and service was fine.Menu prices weren't too bad. Interestingly enough the bill had a cash price and a card price (about 3% more). Love the food here. Anytime I get to the West Bank, I make it a point to stop in either for lunch or dinner. I love the lotus delight salad so much that if I don’t eat one in I order one to go. The Chinese dishes are fabulous, but their pho and Vietnamese dishes are exceptional. If you have an eaten here and you love, Vietnamese food, I highly recommend you give it a try.

We reserved a large room at 9 Roses to host our wedding rehearsal lunch. The food was delicious and the waitstaff was attentive. We worked with the owner to come up with a set menu for each table. We loved the caramelized Louisiana catfish! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 9 Roses for a private event!
