We went on a Thursday and my wife got the special. She said the chicken was dry but the sides were amazing. I got the Boudin Balls with pepper jack cheese. They were great. 10/10 We split an order of mini crawfish pies 8/10. The crawfish eggroll was ok. 7/10 but wouldn't get again. My daughter got the pulled pork poboy and it was 9/10. She enjoyed it.
Tried both original and smoked boudins. Both are delicious! After group discussion, we all vote the original flavor the best. It’s very well balanced, not too salty or over seasoned. We can taste the flavor of the small dice of the meat and its own meat flavor and the combo of spices.
