We've been here many times but today wasn't our day. Our server just did the average job...bringing out the foods but no follow up and couldn't answer any of our questions. The foods were just ok, not their usual best. The fried rice was much darker and the shrimps were smaller than usual. The green beans supposed to have garlic flavor but it was very plain and soggy, over-cooked. I paid $110 for the lobsters with noodles...not worth it. Lack of flavor!! Very plain.

The best food I’ve had in a while! The wait was super fast, it was almost unbelievable! The employees are very nice too. If you want to go to a restaurant but don’t know where to go, go here! I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

Love there food so much ! Never have any issues with their food ! Service is also good as well . I did go for my birthday in January the server did forgot my friends order other than that everyone is super sweet !

I really like the food at August Moon. The Won Ton soup is really good. I also like the MooGooGaiPan.
I ordered a meal through Doordash but they ended up not having the menu item. They called me, and I requested something else. Few mins later, I call them back to ask if I could add a drink but before I could say a word, the lady cursed me out in Vietnamese and hung up. The food is decent but customer service is exceptionally rude. I was not disrespectful in any way but actually respectful since they were Vietnamese as well. Unfortunately, I was left with a very bad impression and the experience was ruined.

One of my go to asian restaurants in Harvey ,,, the seafood bird nest is a must try....
The food wasn't terrible, it just wasn't the best. It gave me a kind of queasy feeling. The customer service was also horrible, you could feel the attitudes in the atmosphere. Not only did the woman not engage with us, the food also took an incredible amount of time to make it out. As we were leaving I had in mind to leave a small tip nothing much, but as I handed the lady my card she began walking around the restaurant with my card and its information showing amongst others attending the restaurant. She then began to take a while to charge my card, I walked to the front to see the hold up, just to be met with an angry speech on how I need to tip and next time I visit I will not be seated until I tip or I'll be automatically charged for a tip....why is it my fault for anything in regards to tipping ? If a tip is required in order to dine in, that should be in writing somewhere near the entrance. No one should be told that after they're leaving with a horrible experience.
