The food looks like it was thrown in a to go box & the onion rings on the seafood platter I ordered was missing & what little fries they put on it was partially fried.

We were grabbing a quick bite with friends before heading back to St. Louis. We had to wait about 30 min., but it was worth it. We.had the brunch buffet. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety & the quality of food. The prime rib was cooked three different ways (med, medium rare & closer to rare). The horseradish sauce was the best I've ever had. It was creamy, smooth & perfectly blended. The cheese.grits were great, as well as the mashed sweet potatoes. There are too many things to compliment on. The service was fantastic by Emily our server. We also enjoyed conversing with De'Andre who was manning the carving table. We talked prime rib for a while. Thanks for the great food, service & wonderful lunch.

I went and sat at the bar and was greeted by Dewayne. I ordered 2 drinks while I waited on my my to-go order. He was super friendly and helped me through the menu. I tried several items on the menu, and they did not disappoint. I also had to make sure to get dessert. The first drink I tried was the Margaritini. If I had known better, I would have started with the Crash and Burn. Definitely do not get that drink if you have things to do for the day because you will not make it. They serve this drink in 2 sizes. The large you will definitely need a friend. I ordered the Bayou Broccoli while I waited as well. I'm usually super picky, but this dish was excellent. The tiger sauce is a must try. One of the entrées that I tried was the redfish with crawfish Lacombe sauce. Chef's Kiss ? I was so upset that it was gone! I also ordered the Jambalaya Pasta, and it was amazing as well. The kids' pasta was decent and a great price. The bread pudding was okay, but I expected more from it. It wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. Overall, my food was a 9/10. The customer service from Dewayne was a 10/10 & I will definitely be returning when in town.

Idk what’s going on with Copelands , I came here for my birthday during lunch time; it wasn’t busy AT ALL. The service was so horrible , the server acted as if he didn’t want to be there or Be bothered . It’s like we were annoying him anytime we needed something . I was so annoyed I ended up just packing my food to go . The Jazzy wings were completely raw when I tried them at home , mind y’all I am 30 weeks pregnant . I called 3 days later to make my complaint , manager Melissa said she can redo the wings for me , her response was that I should have complained to the manager right then and there but who wants to do that on their BIRTHDAY? I left as soon as I could… Just do what I did, and go to New Orleans food and spirits.. This place is now a disgrace! Ruined my entire birthday and gave me such anxiety that day!!!! The raw chicken was just the icing on the cake for me ! Copelands get it together please thanks !

We had such a great time Friday night. Great food and great service. Every dish was flavorful, saucy, and tasty. Crash and Burn was scary good. Every server was accommodating, kind, friendly. We had the red fish with crawfish lacombe sauce, catfish acadiana, and crawfish fettuccine. I mean, man.. let me tell you, this was it! Next time we will go we will get the etouffe.

The service was great! Thanks, Elvis! The shrimp po'boys, chicken wings and red beans & rice were good. The gumbo was okay. The corn fritters were greasy.
