Ordered delivery through the pizza hut app and only half of the order arrived and what did arrive was cold! Called the store 3 times just to be put immediately on hold without talking to someone. The delivery driver came from door dash, so neither company takes any responsibility. An hour later when we got ahold of corporate pizza hut they still couldn't offer a refund. Don't know if the driver stole the food or if it was even made. Terrible in all aspects.

Wrong things undercooked and overcooked. Breadsticks were over brown and hard. Cinnamon sticks for way too soft on the inside and undercooked. Pizza Head 2 in across around the edges of a square cuts. And somewhere there must have been an accident with the apple pies because they were all smashed.

The large Supreme Pan Pizza I ordered and paid for unfortunately did not have the full compliment of the five ingredients. It looked like a $17.00 cheese pizza. Do better.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this location has improved so much over the last few months. My order is always HOT and not just thrown together but actually presentable! I DoorDash at this location too and the manager is always extremely pleasant. She is amazing. And the wings — phenomenal.

I order the big box a lot from this store and I had one incident before this, but was ok for a while but tonight I ordered the same thing like always. The two cheese pizzas were burnt on top, plus it barely was hot. The cheesy pasta was warm At the bottom, and cold at the top , and the cheese was burnt n hard with black pieces of burnt pasta around the edges of the pan. The bread sticks was cold n full of grease. and let's not talk about the first time omg.....

Once I called back they said they were going to give me my refund and after waiting three business days, I called back and again Michelle answered and said I wouldn't get my refund and hung up. She was very rude! They always take way longer than order should.

Coverage of toppings were average..I have had better pizzas with more toppings that's for sure...just average for me..wasn't impressed...I don't like paying for a pizza without seeing it first for this reason..
