I had a tasts for moussaka and it was no longer on the menu for my normal westbank restaurant. I found this restaurant easily. It was small, clean, and the clerk/waiter was friendly and helpful. The moussaka was wonderful. I probably should have also ordered a small side salad because I gobbled this down much too fast.

This is my go-to for Mediterranean anywhere in a 50 mile radius. My husband and I bring a bottle of wine with us (no cork fee)! Everything is good. Seriously. Hummus, grape leaves (vege and meat), salads, schwarmas, spinach pie, fresh pita; no matter what you order, you will love it. Bring a bottle of wine when you go.

Athenos was delish--chef's kiss! I was treated promptly and seated. The waitress was so kind and brought my drink immediately. I order my meal in a to-go container so I could easily bring the leftovers home. The feta salad was so fresh and delicious! The gyro plate was a great amount of food for the price. The hummus was homemade and I recommend paying extra to add the toppings to the hummus. I wish I would have been given more pita because some parts were so hard it wasn't great for dipping. Overall, I would definitely come back! The restrooms and dining area were clean. The dining area was inviting and I enjoyed looking at the flags and decor. I highly recommend!

Recommended by a friend, I had the lamb shank for lunch. Fall off the bone tender, perfectly seasoned, accompanied with a delicious rice pilaf that included crunchy slivers of almonds. The plain hummus was nicely garlicky, the Mediterranean one also tasty. It's on our to do list now whenever we're in town.

Hit this spot many times while staying in Morgan City. Being from NJ where Greek is easier to find I was pleasantly surprised to find this place! Food always good. I especially liked the Jordanian wrap, basically a larger gyro but with some added flavors.
I had my hopes way up for this place because I love Greek and Lebanese food and this place cooks it great. Not the biggest selection of menu items but what they have can't be beat. Of course there was one incident that stopped us from going back altogether. We ordered a salad that had an odd grittiness to it, my wife found a clump of dirt in her plate and mine just tasted like dirt. Oh it was fresh, a little too fresh! Showing the mud in our plates there was no problem and the staff was very apologetic, so much so that they didn't charge for the meal. Perhaps someday we'll go back and I look forward to tasting their food again. No one is perfect and they were good enough to give another chance.

All around excellent. The food was fabulous as well as the wait staff. Everything hot and fresh and flavourful. I had the Greek Ribeye and my wife had the Gyro combo. The hummus for the appetizer was flavorful and the pita was hot and fresh. I Will return often and with many guests. Thanks again.

I do recommend for the most part BUT If you are a returning customer like I am you expect a certain food cooked and served a certain way. I spent 16$ today on a salad (I added chicken) You can not put oil on iceberg lettuce it just don't work I ate the chicken out of it and threw the rest away The manager did apologize but I'm still out of 16$ and only had some chicken for lunch.
