Service here is horrific, we sat in the bar area there was 2 guys at the bar and a couple sitting at a table. We still couldn't get a waitress and our food took 45 mins to arrive.

I used to come here every Tuesday after work. I now see why I stopped. The service is terrible (the bartender basically said hi and bye), didn't ask if I wanted another drink, didn't go check on my food. I waited forever for my food and check while the bartender talked to the guy down the bar. It was not worth the wait because the wings were fried extremely hard with very little sauce.

The service here is subpar at best. It took them an hour to prepare a to go order for me and my family. An order they managed to get wrong twice. What makes it even more irritating is that the establishment was practically empty. No one was trying to work the register. They see you standing there and everyone just keeps walking even if they ask if you were helped yet. The young lady that gave me the wrong order TWICE found it entertaining enough to giggle about it over the phone so instead of losing my cool or going back to get the right thing(or wrong for a 3rd because she seemed off) I just got us a full refund. Do not waste your time. It has happened multiple times but enough is enough and I’ll probably never eat at this BWW again.
My wife and I enjoyed our night out at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server, Savannah, was polite and attentive. The Garlic Wings my wife ordered were cooked to her liking. She loves the garlic flavor. I only got 2 of her wings tonight. (I'll try harder, next time. Lol!!) I ordered the Brisket burger with seasoned fries. Talk about a great tasting burger!! Very flavorful, and filling. The meat was tender and juicy. My wife enjoyed the bite she had. The drinks from the bar set the mood for the evening. She likes fruity drinks, so the Blue Hawaiian and the Berry Bash were her choices. It was a good night, and this restaurant helped make it a great night!!
