Just like another person had said, I have a love-hate relationship with this Church’s. Mrs. Rose was awesome when she took my order at drive-thru! She told me about the daily special and how I would save money AND get more out of it instead of making my original order. I appreciate how she had my best interest at heart and was so sweet!!! Very great service! BUT you will always have to wait FOREVER for your food. It got to the point where I was waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot, and I finally decided to go in because I told myself if it’s past 30 minutes, I’m going in. Inside does not look appealing at all. The dine-in area felt like a sad lobby. Very cold-tone vibes. I’m not too sure how to explain it. When I spoke to someone, I noticed there were only three people working. Mrs. Rose at drive -thru, a gentlemen at the fryer, and the lady I spoke to at the front lobby. I hope they get more staff because I can tell they were getting burnt out, but they still had a smile on their faces when I spoke to them. My chicken seemed like it was old too so I’m not too sure why I waited so long….it really does suck that you will have to wait a very long time for your food (even when it doesn’t even look fresh), but if you see how short staff they are, you’ll understand. If only there was another Church’s location in Houma…

Ordered chicken combo upgrade fries to large w/ sweet tea. Had to wait, got small fries, which were cold by the time my order came, and unsweetened tea, and she also forgot my salt & ketchup. Definitely check your order before you leave!
