Spent 3 hours eating in all.loud noise from a crowd couldn't hear your family talking because of the crowd. Thank God they left a while after.service slow only 1 waitress for 3 crowds.tip should not be included in receipt let customer make choice.not coming back soon.

Delicious chicken sliders! Omg! I bought a platter for a business meeting and they disappeared. I am so grateful Copeland's accommodated me by allowing me to pick up my party platters at 10:30 am ---before they opened. They were a lifesaver.

My daughter chose to have her 15th Birthday Dinner there and the service was horrible. They ran out of jazzy wings and one of the girls didn't even get hers because they ran out. My daughter the Birthday girl didn't get her food until last and everyone else was almost done eating. The waitress was not on her job, didn't know her name, wasn't checking on us to make sure everyone had what they needed and half of the time she wasn't nowhere to be found. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. My daughter was very upset, she said this was my favorite restaurant but now I don't know. Everything was horrible.

Always a good place for a quiet romantic dinner with someone. We like to go here for wine and some appetizers. I can suggest the smoked tuna dip.
Oh man let me tell you. I loved our waiter. He was awsome and helped me find something to eat. And he was spot on because I loved it. The music was just the right volume. Enjoyed it very much. I ate the chicken Renee.
I got a seafood plater. It was just fried fish and shrimp, with a crab cake that to me and my wife tasted spoiled. I live in South Louisiana ,I know what what good crab meat tastes like.

Apparently, Copeland's is now charging for condiments. We understand prices having to be adjusted for inflation but to charge for condiments such as tarter sauce is ridiculous. Especially when it's not listed on the menu for an additional charge and your server gives you the option of ketchup or tarter sauce with your catfish without mentioning there will be a charge for it. Very disappointing.

Copeland is a great place to eat dining. There is always pleasant. The service is good. The ambience is nice. Sometimes it is loud though. However to me that means people are having a good time. Their Creole cheesecake is the bomb Diggity a must try.
