“We visited Scarlet Scoop on a recent trip to Thibodaux and we were not disappointed. So many fun flavors and the ice cream tasted delicious! The quality was superb. The service was friendly and the ambiance was fun (although it's tiny and it was crowded!). My only complaint was that I wish I had been told there was a fee to pay with my debit card instead of seeing it after the fact in my receipt. Transparency is key so maybe tell your customers in advance or post the fee.“
“The ice cream is like any other delight and is very convenient! Just this particular stop that concerned me. So I ordered two scoops of ice cream and one was pistachio. Me, personally, does not like any sort of nuts in sweets, even though I’m not allergic. And I noticed that when I ate the pistachio ice cream, that it has some thin pieces of almonds, I am going to assume. It wasn’t chocolate, because it tasted like nut and it wasn’t pistachios, because the texture wasn’t as soft. And when I was looking at the flavor options, the Pistachio didn’t say it included any nuts other than pistachio. This could be dangerous for anyone who is allergic to almonds. Also, I was disappointed when I was expecting the ice cream to turn out differently.“
“Omg! Where do I Begin...BeeCool Snowballs are Absolutely AWESOME! First of all, I contacted them the morning of my son’s birthday party. He just absolutely wished for a snowball stand and BeeCool made his wish come true! They gracefully accommodated our request and showed up on time! They made every child eyes light up with excitement! They catered to the birthday boy and made him feel very special. The customer service is everything! And the snowballs.... omg!!! To die for“
“I visit Brook’s Sno-World about 1-2 times a week whether it’s to get a snoball, banana split, meat pies, and cheeseburgers, etc. I have not one complaint about anything they serve. The burger patties appear hand-packed and youcan customize a snoball any way you like. The wait may be a little longer than a fast food restaurant but perfection takes time. They politely will ask you to pull up to the sign so they are able totake the next customer’s order and once your order is completed and bagged, they will rush it right out to your vehicle. Their menu has endless options and I will recommend ths establishment to anybody in the Houma-Thibodaux area.“

“Service was fast. Food was good. But not on par with Brook's Sno-Worlds other location. A whole lot of parking and drive through. The Dole Whip was exactly like Disney's and the Dole plantation on Oahu Hawaii. A few seats avaliable outside on the deck in front of the check out area. Prices were pretty good. Sno balls tasted great with fine shaved ice. Hamburger Po-Boy had a great taste it reminded of old time Po-Boys and was a nice size.“
“Definitely wont disappoint. Never heard of this place but it was across the street from my hotel. Stayed for a week and after eating here i made sure to return. Had the bbq burger and the diablo. Loved them both. So much fries i couldn’t finish them all. Regular or sweet potato you cant go wrong. The only downside is i googled it and there aren’t any close to where i live. Cause i am definitely hooked. Hands down best burger ive ever eatenVegetarian options: They have what im guessing in an impossible patty with a lettuce wrap. “My friend ordered on the app so we got a very good deal. Double meat cheeseburgers in Texas toast and tots. Our food was hot and fresh. She ordered her w/o onions and mine with onions and the order was made correctly. It was Happy Hour so we got our drinks at 1/2 price. I was happy that when she pulled up the drink menu and selected ice tea that it has an option to select 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade which is what I like. Kudos to the entire staff and crew for this very pleasant dining experience. That being said, I can assure you that the next time we make a trip to Houma we will eat at this location again! “my cookies always come out quick even if they’re in a rush. they always come out looking and tasting perfect. my cookies were a little undercooked only one time but every other time has been great. the service is good, but i’d like to have a welcome in and a few smiles. it’s always clean and smells amazing.“
