Understaffed to the point that our waiter warned us that food was taking over an hour to make it to the tables while the place was under half capacity. Bar next door was blasting music so loud you couldn't have a conversation in the restaurant. We decided not to stay and have a long, loud meal.

Special menu for Valentine's Day. Out of one of the main courses and of one of the appetizers. It took almost 1.5 hours to get two uncooked portions of the first two courses. Tuna tar tar and a salad. Very disappointing.

As many times before, we were not disappointed - in fact, the 3 of us all were very pleased with the entrees we ordered - 3 different ones. Everything was great, wine, food, service, atmosphere, white table cloths, etc.

Service was great. Nice hostess and wait staff. Lowering the star level just comes down to the fact that every dish was spicy. And these were dishes like Chicken Parm. Taste was fine but my wife literally couldn't finish a dish because of the spiciness. Not every dish needs to have red pepper flakes added to them. Just sayin

Our service was excellent and the food was outstanding, despite it being a busy night (New Year's Eve). The owner came out and talked to us to make sure everything was satisfactory. We had an excellent experience, and plan to go back very soon.

Took 1 hr and 10 mins for 2 medium rare and medium steaks. No explanation— just said “kitchen messed it up, we sent it back”. Also forgot 2 beers. Offered to comp beers or dessert, we declined. We won't be back.
Ribeye Steak was NOT adequate; very thin and poor quality. Ordered rare and received well done. Party of 8 took a total of 3 hours due to wait staff not attentive. Took a very long time to get food and had to keep asking for water refills due to inattentiveness. Pianist and Singer were great!

I was a little apprehensive about making a reservation here because all of the negative reviews I read on yelp. I am sure glad I made them! As we arrived, we were seated by our server Marvin. He was very attentive. We put our drink order in & received them very quickly. We ordered the bruschetta appetizer & he asked if we had it before because they had a new chef & he had only been there 6-8 weeks & changed the sauce a bit. We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizer. For our meal, I had the blackened tuna entree & my husband had the short ribs. My tuna was served perfectly rare and the flavors were fabulous! My husband said the short ribs were so tender & flavor was amazing. We finished up with the crème brûlée for dessert which was great as well. The ambience was so beautiful. The restaurant was not busy at all. If you had a bad experience there, I suggest that you give Milano's another try!! We will definitely be returning!!

Our service was great! Friendly staff, but fillet was chewy to my husband. Stated quality of steak, not the best. I didn't care for the crawfish monica. Nice environment it was really quiet. I wish background music was just a little louder.

The service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. One of those meals that have you dancing in your chair because good food just makes you so happy. Highly highly recommend getting the boneless short rib with grits. Every bite was heaven!

Server was great as well, but he was one of two servers in the entire place and I should also mention that he was also the only bartender on duty for the connecting Patio bar establishment. This had a way of ruining the experience. This same issue is noted several times in previous reviews so take this one for what it's worth...it isn't a one off, it's a pattern.
