Well, we came here, looking forward to a good meal with good service. Not all ended up being applied.The waiter, at first, was decent. He wasn't great, but decent.The food was excellent. ?Then my husband couldn't get his tea refilled after one glass.We were informed after the third time asking him that if we asked for a refill, "after we checked out (via the table checkout device)," we couldn't ask anything else of the server. This told us by the same male server after asking several times previously for another glass of tea. (No lemon in it, regular sweet tea) Even after finally receiving the tea & being informed by the male waiter of this situation; he gave my husband the wrong tea! ? and it had a lemon wedge in it!Note, mind you... when checking out on the electronic checkout, we didn't leave a tip on our credit card, as we left cash (a decent amount) on the table for him. I think he assumed we didn't leave anything. Sad! Our service was judged on us, but without knowing about the decent amount of cash left for him on the table. And even after all this, we didn't pick it up (the tip), after that, rudeness happened!My husband left upset, so I contacted the manager & informed him of what happened.He said he'd speak to him. He mentioned that even with him (the waiter) not legally having to serve us (afrer the electronic table check-out) he said, he'd never had one of his servers ever actually tell someone that. ? That male waiter was rude!Honestly, the food was delicious, but if we go back to Olive Garden while in town, I will request NOT to have that particular server!And just so y'all know.... the chocolate lasagna is absolutely delicious, too!

Excellent service by Ethan. The food was delicious. We dined in. Great soup, salad and bread sticks.The hostess came by and checked on us. I love the easy pay for your bill.
The food was excellent, the restaurant was beautiful and very clean. However, the service could have been way better. Our waitress was not prompt at all and we waited several minutes before receiving our first drinks, and then refills by the time she brought our food. The table next to us decided to leave because they had only been given menus and arrived at the same time we did. Aside from that, I would definitely try again next time we’re in the area.

Manger Connie is horrible. The restaurant staff is great but the manger is horrible and that harassed me while trying to eat. She needs to get help people don't go out to eat to have phone number thrown at them and staring. Horrible manager. Maybe try tender of go fish. NOT INTERESTED
