Absolutely delicious. I'm visiting from out of state. Decided to try PJs. The beignets were delicious. Perfect crunch to fluffiness. The coffee (pumpkin sweet cream cold brew) was equally delicious. My coffee came out very quickly as well. The beignets were apparently in demand, but the barista was very honest and polite about the wait. They were worth the wait.
I went to PJs coffee on a Saturday morning and had a good experience! The beignets were great but the iced chai was a little milky for my liking. Service was decent too. Me and a few friends stopped in here because we wanted to try it out. We were pleasantly surprised by the beignets, which were really delicious!! PJ's has the best coffee and pastries compared to any coffee shop in South Louisiana. The dark roast is unusually flavorful. It is somewhat "buttery" and "chocolat-ey"....Excellent!
