We ordered 4 corn dogs and a medium fry. Jessica came out with tots is instead of fries. We asked if we could exchange for the fries we requested. She was extremely rude and came back with clearly very stale old dry fries. We weren’t rude. At worst what we did wrong was not catch the tots mistake on the screen. Older woman named JESSICA. My kids didn’t appreciate it and neither did I.

I have an allergy to eggs. Most mayonnaise has egg in it. I requested no mayo. Most of the time, this particular Sonic gets my order correct. This visit, they put mayo on my sandwich. Plus, they gave me lemonade, when I requested tea. Please be more careful!

Our service was outstanding. We always tip here and maybe that has something to do with it. Regardless though $7 for a vanilla dish of ice cream (approximately 1 cup) and a small milkshake is just highway robbery. But our server doesn't set the prices so we don't hold that against him/her.

This was one of the worst food I ever had at a sonic. I ordered the double cheese burger meal and it was a waste of time and money. Since today is Labor Day, I decided to treat myself. I could have just put in the labor and cooked my burger in the microwave, because thats what it tasted like. My burger taste like it was cooked the night before and put into the microwave today. They could have at least put it in the air fryer lol. My tots tasted as if they were cooked the previous day as well and my Power Aid tasted like it was prepared for someone else because all the ice was melted. I must say I hope my next experience is better. I understand today is a holiday but work still has to get done. I give their food quality a -1.

Food is good, but 9 times out of 10 the fries are cold and hard, almost as if they've been microwaved. Burgers normally hot and perfect, but my visit today, I got a cold burger with a stale bun. Great place most days.

My friend ordered on the app so we got a very good deal. Double meat cheeseburgers in Texas toast and tots. Our food was hot and fresh. She ordered her w/o onions and mine with onions and the order was made correctly. It was Happy Hour so we got our drinks at 1/2 price. I was happy that when she pulled up the drink menu and selected ice tea that it has an option to select 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade which is what I like. Kudos to the entire staff and crew for this very pleasant dining experience. That being said, I can assure you that the next time we make a trip to Houma we will eat at this location again!
