Don't go to the Drive-Thru they don't give you your total until you pull up the window, if you're paying with card they don't give it to you at all. They also don't give you the receipt. I was up charged for a special that was a special but I was charged regular price. They will give you the wrong size drink or the wrong drink entirely. Is better to go inside because I drive through sucks.

Went there around 830 and was going threw the drive threw and was met with a rude person over the speaker. I wanted to pull off just from that and go somewhere else but my wife really wanted some cheese fries and a frosty. The fries was great but the frosty machine was broken. We only order some cheese fries, 6pc nuggets, and drink and we had to pull over into a parking spot I only saw 3 cars one I front me and 2 behind me. Waited about 15 minutes for our small order. I bought the chicken wrap from Wendy's, and the food tasted fine; however, the wrap was busted in multiple areas making a burrito bowl. Sadly this made it impossible to eat the food while in the car. The tortilla should not have been served in that condition.It was also upsetting to find out that Wendy's doesn't offer any grilled chicken sandwich any longer. They only offer fried chicken as a sandwhich.
