Being new to Lafayette, we are trying new restaurants. The first Mexican place we tried was disappointing, but Blue Apache was fabulous! They have several innovative dishes on the menu, but we like to start with our standbys as it's easy to judge against something we love elsewhere. I had a chimichanga and my husband had a burrito. Both were fabulous. Service was also very good. We will absolutely be back.
I celebrated my nomination today in this fine place. I am glad to say that we passed a tremendous evening and the place was surely the reason for this happy evening. The waiters contributed in a gorgeous manner, the meals were great and my guests were extremely happy. We shall absolutely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Blue Apache is authentic on multiple levels. This is traditional Latino cuisine with adoptions from the Native Attakapa. So impressed 360! I had Quail Fajitas. Unbelievably fresh. Real margaritas made the old fashioned way. Management is a loving people with team family caring of their guests/patrons. ????
