Called in an order. Had the person read it back. Margarita grilled chicken, rice & beans. NO PICO. Order was wrong, tried to call back and let the manager know it was wrong. Got rudely interrupted before I could finish talking. I asked if this is how they do things here at this location, because we’ve been to 12 states and this was the worst management experience I’ve had. Love ChilliS!!!Especially the creamy Ultimate pasta with both grilled chicken and shrimp and a perfectly baked garlic bread. My other favorite is the chicken quesadilla. I mostly order pick up tho. But rather I decided to dine in there at the Carencro Chilli's by Lowe's Home Center at Gloria Switch Exit off I-49 or take it home , it is always delicious!!

The waitress was great! I put 4 stars on the service because a different server brought my food and I had no silverware or napkins. Servers should notice when they deliver your food if the tabletop is empty of that type stuff.
