“I was told to visit on my most recent trip to Lake Arthur, and it was certainly a great stopping here. The staff were very kind and tentative and we pulled in around 9am on a Saturday and were told to wait just a few extra minutes as hot, fresh donuts were coming. The donut holes were delicious. The boudin kolache was even better. The bread used is honestly the best I’ve had. I would frequent this place if I lived near by, and highly recommend for everyone to visit. Prices were very reasonable especially for such quality taste! Plenty of parking outside, and they also have a drive-thru.Parking: Large parking lot”

“Everything was total perfection! I had the crab pasta and my husband had a shrimp poboy . Both were delicious! Our waitress was very kind and attentive which made dinner even more enjoyable!”

“I continue to be amazed at how perfectly the regatta prepares the fried catfish. i really prefer shrimp & crawfish to fish but they cook the catfish so well i often cant resist & the quantity for price is excellent. the friday all you can eat is a massive plate of perfection, but today i had the luncheon special: 3 fish with waffle fries. beautiful view of the lake out of the windows on a drizzly drip day. this place is great.”

“This is an old, classic. This bar has been in Lake Arthur since 1933. It hass survived Hurricane Audrey, Rita, Laura and Delta. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful.”

“The food at Pappy's is excellent. It's a little overpriced, but it's good enough to justify the cost. It's counter service, but the dining area is still pleasant. Probably the best place to eat in Lake Arthur.”

“It has been a while since our last visit, but the food was the best we've ever had today. Nice portion sizes, and the prices were reasonable considering the amount and quality of the food served. Give Regatta a try, if they continue to serve quality food like today you won't be disappointed. Plus you can't beat the atmosphere, sitting outside on the deck is our favorite.”

“I saw their billboard Hwy-10. I am glad that I went to Boudin King. Family own. I had a bowl chicken and sausage gumbo, Boudin balls, and onion rings. Everything I ordered was excellent. I highly recommend to stop there for lunch or dinner”
