Friendly and fast service on our visit. We had the Buffi's special poboy and loved it. You know it is a great place when the fire department shows up and gets lunch too. Editing to add about the fresh brewed tea, it tastes fresh and was perfectly brewed.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Wife got the spaghetti the meat sauce had smoked sausage, not much flavor. Her green beans were mush, the salad was wilted greens ana very small amount. I got the smoked porkchop, it was so dry it was a fire hazard. The mash potatoes were instant with no seasoning or sauce, the roasted vegies were made from frozen and were rubbery, the cookies were stale. The tea was not drinkable as it tasted like an old sock.

TRY THIS PLACE!Easy access off I-10, heart of old downtown, quaint but culturally loaded place, with DAMN GOOD peauxboys!We got the Special and the Shrimp Rem peauxboys. I’ll def be back to try those loaded potatoes and the plate lunch!

TRY THIS PLACE!!!! This place was awesome. Environment was quaint and old school downtown restaurant feel. Authentic surroundings and flavor. The peauxboys that we had were the Special and the Shrimp Remoulade. Both were outstanding. The place has plate lunches, salads, and these loaded potatoes that looked . Being right off I-10 is PERFECT for us as we travel back and forth from Houston to Louisiana at least once to twice a month. And Buffi and her team's service was so personable and friendly. Great recommendations!!!

Went from a go to place for the family to a not again. Order a po boy. Received bread with a thin slice of meat in it. They have definitely changed something up. Won't be back until I hear they've mad positive changes.
