The lady at the window was super nice. But another lady in the back was extremely rude. They were out of straws I said that's fine just take the drink off. Mind you it's pouring rain and the lady in back threw a fit and said to stop at a gas station for a straw. I wouldn't have mind if it wasn't raining and if I wasn't on my lunch break. I know it sounds petty but still there's a reason why people go to drive thru is avoid getting out of the car. Not only that the fries are cold burnt and taste very old. They really need to pay attention to who it is they hire. This is not the first burger King I have been to with employees who have nasty attitudes.

Fast service and that is only because there is only 1 customer there everytime I go. They never have any food that is in there menu. They only carry regular burgers and french fries so dont be expecting anything off of the menu.

With a total of 3 vehicles including mine. I wanted 12 minutes just to order. And paid then told to park and they will bring out my order in 15 plus minutes!!

Twice in one week they tell that they do not have any coffee. How are you going to sell breakfast to hungry people that just woke up and have no coffee! I see why Mc Donald’s drive through was crowded and Burger Kings was not.

Customer service is very poor. They are all going nowhere in life. Ordered food online one hour in advance and still wasn’t ready with only one person in drive thru. Never will be coming back. This place is pathetic.
