Horrible service !!! The employees was late on my order, we didn’t get any straws for none of the 5 drinks we ordered, my hamburger didn’t come the way I asked for it !, I had onion rings with chicken nuggets in it .. just horrible! Do not go here if you looking for a good meal !!!!!! And yes I’m hangry but yall still didn’t get my order like I expected it and I paid my hard earned money smh !!!! I went to Burger King March 14th @3:45 pm !

Ordered through the mobile app. Went thru the drive thru, got the drink and were told to pull up to the front of the store and our food would be out soon. Waited probably 15 minutes. The young people working in these fast food restaurants now have no sense of urgency, no customer service. The managers can't be any better to tolerate this lack of work ethic. Very disappointed!

I'm so sick and tired of going there.. Every time here lately they screw my order some how. Tonight it was simple. 2 whopper Jr bacon and cheese and 2 whopper Jr mushroom and Swiss no tomatoes. All 4 had tomatoes, no mushrooms on either sandwiche and no cheese on the bacon and cheese. ???

Drive thru awesome ??? fast friendly and on point ? comes with the meal ! 3rd time going drive thru ,the one on Hwy 14. By the railroad track close that down Disgusting attitude, service and the food I don't even want napkins!
Placed an order online. Followed instructions by advising drive up window that I was there to pickup a mobile order. Drive up window operator advised the had stopped serving dinner menu already and were serving breakfast, and I would have to take it up with app...???
