What a beautiful pool and outdoor space! We enjoyed an afternoon in a cabana as well as the pool and a swim up bar. Lots of cozy areas to hang out. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

So the pool, the lazy river, the cabanas were all immaculate and exceeded our expectations. Has a Las Vegas feel and totally unexpected in Lake Charles. We were staying at the hotel so it was included. The downside. I have 3 kids of my own but I don't bring them to the casino! 2/3 of the people in the pool area were kids. Kinda came here to be adults. Also if you are not staying at the hotel the entry fee is really high. Drinks are expensive as expected did not try the food.

Great service by the pool. Enjoyed the music and drinks. Waitstaff was friendly and always available.Adult pool is a plus. Kids look like they were having a great time on the lazy river. Golf club had a great happy hour and the food was amazing!

So much to do! Water slides, large hot tub and small hot tub, lazy river and pool. Great atmosphere. Child-free zones. Lots of clean restrooms

I’ve changed my mind since last review ... Just no no no to the crowd. Paid approx $135 for day pass for two, another $75-80 for lunch and drinks. That’s no problem ...except some of the food was inedible, and only stayed four hours. I saw many people pleading with hotel staff to find them a seat. Had I not arrived so early, we would have not have had a lounge chair by the pool. Also, I overheard other guest say they lied about staying in the hotel in order to have free access to the pool.

Gabriel at the H2O pool bar was excellent. He provided wonderful and quick service! The pool was packed during the day and he still provided excellent service! I totally recommend him as your bartender.

The Goo Goo Dolls show was EXCELLENT! Had a great time! But I actually saw no place to get a drink. oh well ....VIP seating was almost behind the damn stage. From my vantage point I could only see 2 of the musicians in the front, not the drummer or other 2 guitarists. For 95 bucks I expected to be able to see.Another oh well ...
