The Staff is helpful and friendly! I brought my lil brothers through to get a real burrito! One just wanted chips and the other wanted a "Misdemeanor". The dude fixing his burrito walked him through all the fresh ingredients and meats. This was his first time getting his own custom burrito Subway style. The ? s were awesome as usual. Some people have bad experiences but I must go on the good days. I just wish Izzo's would come out with line of T-shirt! Illegal Burritos! Come on, you can come out with all kinds of T-shirts.

Izzos Illegal Burrito is nasty and I wouldNOT recommend eating there. The rice was under cooked, crunchy and old. The rest rest of the toppings did not look fresh and were scattered about everywhere. I also did not appreciate a sign they had posted that started off with “Hey!” It seemed very unprofessional. The men’s bathroom was also out of order. Posted on the sign it said to use the women’s bathroom. I knocked and washed my hands but I didn’t know how to feel about that either. I will never eat there again.

Full of Gnats and flies. The food looks old and they have food all over when their fixing your food. Overall the experience was just nasty. They had gnats flying by the lady while she was fixing the burritos and she acted as if nothing was flying and landing on the food. Horrible experience will NOT be going back.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl with queso and a six oz salsa and instead got a burrito bowl without either steak or queso and only got 3 oz of salsa. The food tasted good but the mess up made the experience much worse

I love izzos, but the rice is undercooked and hard 90% of the time. This is the only Izzo’s I’ve been too where it’s so hard to just cook the rice properly or keep it fresh :/

Driving from Florida to Texas, haven't been to this place in years, was dying to get it again. Walked in and the place was empty, except one lady taking an order. She took the order and went to the back. The food behind the glass looked old and just thrown in the trays. Decided to go elsewhere, was walking out the door and heard the worker already talking about, oh they just walked out. Won't go out of my way to be back again.

Have been wanting izzo’s for a week. Went on a Tuesday at 7:37pm. Was going to get a burrito to-go so nobody had to wait on me to eat. The part time employees locked the door and ran back into the kitchen to disappear. When I walked back to my car they reappeared, so I waved at them. They ignored me and laughed to each other.

Tasty bowls, the steak was cooked perfectly. The burritos are ginormous. Wished they had a location where I live. Definitely recommend.
Rice had been sitting out too long, so it was hard and crunchy in my bowl. Other than old rice, the food was good!
The steak was too salty. The cheese is watery no kind of seasoning taco bell seems better. Don't waste your money.
Everything was fresh & good. The staff were all wearing masks....properly! Everyone was very friendly. Thanks, guys!
Love this place...the staff is fast and friendly. They also follow all COVID guidelines.
