I've had coffee here numerous times because they are attached to a bookstore. The service used to be hit or miss (they cycle a new cashier/barista through every couple of weeks). Lately, however, the service has been downright rude. Last night I took my wife and children to get coffee. I go to BAM for the books. Really! My wife and I enjoy browsing our selections while sipping tea in Joe Muggs. Pricing is reasonable considering the competition. My only complaint is the slow service. I'll live with that.
