I tipped the Togo guy at bar 7 bucks on my little Togo meal and the people sitting next to me who ordered after me got hot food before I got mine, and I got cold food without microwave to use and no silverware. Can yall credit me? I also waited over 30 minutes for it and they really thought they could just give it to me cold with no silverware and I'd be OK with it?

The worst food I have eaten in a long time. Asked waiter where our appetizer was and it came out immediately after luke warm shrimp. Yummy. Ordered the mix grill and probably 60% of the plate was showing for almost $40. Scallops barely any warmth. Only thing warm was the rice. Oh and the bloody mary might as well have been water.TRASH!Our waiter was cool though.

Very mediocre restaurant. I ordered a skinny margarita. It did not resemble a margarita in the least. It looked like it was made with a dark liquor. The calamari appetizer we ordered took over 20 min. Our food arrived within 2 minutes of getting our appetizer. The waiter was not attentive . When I mentioned the appetizer and food arriving at the same time he noted it had taken 20 min and told us he gave the kitchen a piece of his mind, but didn’t offer to give us a discount of any kind. He did not charge me the extra $2.00 for the wine I got after the horrible margarita. When dining at the Golden Nugget Lake Charles select another option rather than Landry’s.

The atmosphere was great. The service was trash. My waitress Riley was to busy talking to her coworkers that was off then checking on us. Our drinks was empty and the crawfish Étouffée didn’t have any seasoning.

Landrys is a favorite of ours. We especially enjoyed our dinner and the drinks were spot on. We had a friendly server who took great care of us. Highly recommend the Snapper Charlie!

In past food and service was good, but this time my wife's order was terrible. The fish she ordered was over cooked and dry, and she didn't eat most of her food. When I saw she didn't eat much I asked if it was ok, and she replied she was full. She didn't tell me it was terrible until we got back to our room.I told her next time let me know and I would send it back.

Dined alone and service was great. Was sat in the back corner by the big windows but AC was blowing so that area was pretty chili. Gumbo was good but boiled shrimp was slightly overcooked. Asked for an additional napkin and was brought lemons and a warm towel to clean my hands.Usually get the catfish and red beans/sausage. Looks like shrinkflation has hit Landry’s. Food was good but portions seem to have gotten smaller.

I cannot express enough how grateful my wife and I are for the exceptional service we received from Andrew Mann at Landry's Seafood. As someone in town for a conference, this vacation without our kids was a rare treat, and Andrew truly made it memorable. From the moment we were seated, his warmth and friendliness put us at ease. His knowledge of the menu was impeccable, and his recommendations were spot on. Every dish he suggested was a delight to the senses. Andrew's attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience truly elevated our evening. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Andrew Mann is a shining example of what exemplary service looks like, and he made our evening at Landry's Seafood unforgettable. We'll certainly be back, and we'll be asking for Andrew by name.

We had a wonderful experience yesterday at lunch. Although we had previously made reservations at Vic and Anthony's, we decided that we wanted to enjoy Landry's one more time because of the great experience, waiter and food as before I made reservations via Open Table, requesting ‘standard' table as it was my husbands birthday. Although we had to wait as they were backed up,when we were taken to our table it was a high small table, back corner, in the bar area, near the door to patio which was very cold! We planned on raw oysters and dinner, but when soup arrived, there was no room at the small table - so we had to rush eating the oysters in order to make room for soup. We had to ask for bread too The table - being in the bar, was ok for ‘bar food, but not room enough to enjoy a ‘real dinner so we did not order the fish we wanted as there was no room on the table for the platters. We should have just walked out but we did not. We did mention to the girl seating us that this was not what we reserved, and also mentioned it to the server - who apologized and said she would talk to the manager. We have enjoyed Landry's for several years and always enjoy eating there when we are in town. We have always had exceptional service. This was the exception. We didn't even have desert to celebrate his birthday Food was good but accommodation was not. We should have gone to Vic and Anthony's!

We had outdoor reservations . Checked in said would be seated shortly. 20 minutes later husband went back up they had forgotten to seat us. There was literally no one else seated outside. Not the 1st time this has happened.

My family and I have eaten at Landry's serval times, the food and service have always been good so we were surprised at our 40 minute wait to be seated with reservations, chicken Caesar salad had no dressing and 4 little pieces of chicken. The pasta that used come overflowing was a child's portion. Not sure we will ever go back

We had a 5pm reservation for Valentine's Day and we arrived at 5 minutes til and all the booths were already taken (they apparently opened earlier than they were scheduled to) so we settled for a sunny table. It took a full hour to get our order. The food was very good but overall not a great experience.
