I wanted a good meal after a long day, i went to the counter to order my food while everyone looked at me and I asked them if I could place an order? they said yes but you have to use the kiosk and self order. I pay good money for service, but in my opinion, that is not good service. I went somewhere else who does care about their customers.

Food was good..but quite expensive I would say...a soup and a half sandwich will be around 15$... There was huge sign board with a new chicken sandwich that they are introducing to server.. person who took the order has no clue abt it and I ended up ordering something else.

I've always loved Panera! It has such a fresh taste, better option than your normal "fast food"We drove through yesterday to grab a late lunch and the lady working the drive thru was absolutely the sweetest lady ever! She had the biggest smile I think I've ever seen and an infectious laugh (I have a silly debit card and she loved it, she said it made her day)Food was amazing as always! *chefs kiss*

I have never seen such a dedicated and caring staff in fast food restaurants. We came here for a quick brunch before hitting the road. For the first time, my fast food sandwiches looked like on the posters. They also tasted better than from other Panera bread locations that we tried!

I haven’t been treated with disrespect byyoung girls at food pick up , by any of the other Panera location.
The food was good! But the bathrooms were a mess, floors filthy, table and seat where I ate I had to clean before sitting down. Tray that you put your dishes back into was horribly dirty, didn't want to touch it! Clean this place!
