NEVER come to this sonic at all. I wouldnt even come here if it was 150°F outside, and on fire. They would probably get a cup of water wrong if it was up to them. Not recommended because not only do they mess up 3 times in a row but they wanna charge you to fix it. You can watch them staring dead at you and laughing while you take a bite. We confront them for laughing then another worker tries to defend them and cusses us out. This the type of sonic that charge a dollar for a drop of whip cream. Don't ever come here go to the one on prien lake rd they know to make a simple shake.(Update) We went to the sonic on Prien lake rd and the gave us a way better service. They gave us a new shake filled to the top, and with whipped cream unlike the other one. We ended up giving them the shake we had got from the other location and they inspected it for us. Turns out they had busted holes all over the bottom of the cup and covered it with stickers. That explains why it leaked all over our clothes and cup holder. Be sure to always check your food especially at this establishment.

Service was good. I got cheese sticks which were nice. Also got a cheeseburger. It was horrible. Cold and hard to bite. Felt like i was eating rubber. Took 2 bites and tossed.

Ordered online and still had to wait for my food. People that came in after me, ordered , received their food before me. When I pushed the button and asked how much longer for my food, I was rudely told she would be there shortly. When I went to answer, she had already hung up. My food was so cold. The manager was also a little rude. Won't be back. Also calling the number on the receipt when I get home.

so i’m not one to ever leave a review but i just went to sonic to get a bacon cheeseburger toaster with no BBQ sauce, fries and an extreme tot. i eat the fries when i get my food before i pull off… ice cold. like i said im never one to complain so i just shrugged it off. i get home, pull my sandwich out the bag and the foil was cold. open my sandwich, the bread is literally ice cold and there’s BBQ sauce on my sandwich. i should also point out i waited a good 10 minutes and there was 1-2 other cars in the parking lot considering it was about 11:20 ish at night. i paid $16 for a sandwich with ice cold bread, and ice cold fries. if i wanted that i would’ve just went into my freezer and ate it out the bag. i work in the service industry myself and ain’t no way i’d hand out food knowing it was that cold to the point where the foil it’s wrapped in, is cold. this is why i don’t eat at sonic anymore. then to top it off i tipped $7 to the car hop. this is why i don’t like tipping unless i know for sure.
