As a full crew stood around talking and laughing while the kitchen area was in dire need of cleaning! As the cooks laughed and joked while I was served uncooked waffle and eggs soaked in a yellow oil on my plate. Our waitress was very good but couldn't interrupt as the cooks conversation. This place needs a management upgrade.
The little lady made my waffle ? just the way I loved it!!!! She was so accomodating! The service as well as the food WAS AWESOME!!! I see a lot of the waffle house locations who get a bad rap because of unruly customers[and- I see video clips on social media outlets].... I haven't been to waffle house in a long time. I just wanted to stop and give this place some recognition. The food was good. The service was A+. Our server, a young lady, was the epitome of customer service and satisfaction. One of the best servers i have had in a long tome anywhere. I will probably be back again time permitting. Keep up the good work young lass
