It was great the service was great and I enjoyed the workers definitely!!!!!!!
Placed a to-go order and the waitress lied and said she put silverware when I asked for some and once I got home noticed that our food was completely wrong. My husband and I have an allergy to onions & both were made with onions despite instructions not to add them. All of our added toppings were missing that we paid for and our waffles were burnt. My husband had to go to work and we’re a one vehicle family, so I couldn’t bring them back. Tried to call but they do not even have a working phone number. Came up there the next day and showed my receipt and explained what happened only to have the manager too busy to talk to anyone (there was zero people dining in there). He refused to remake it or even speak to me. Almost $50 for food we couldn’t eat and was a total loss. AVOID THIS WAFFLE HOUSE BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND ARE TOO BUSY IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE TO DO ANYTHING IF YOUR FOOD IS INEDIBLE!!

Mr. Tom had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House! Especially around this are. I mean this guy is light of my day when I come over here. Honestly, I’ve never met a Mr. Tom in my life besides the man hisself. God bless and merry Christmas.
