The food was tasty and our server Shelly was awesome. The main dining was closed for an event so we sat in the bar. The only big negative was how warm it was with minimal air flow. Especially for a 77 degree day.
Restaurant was recommended by ZipNOLA employee. We enjoyed all the food. The kids tried items that are not normally served in IA. All the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend Frenier Restaurant.

It's what agrest food and great service should be. It's in a nice hideaway area overlooking the lake extremely pleasant atmosphere. The Imperial Oysters are "RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!"
