“I would have given them 5 stars, atmosphere is great, staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is that it takes an act of Congress to get a drink at the bar, between people sitting already at the bar and people just hanging around, the bar area is crowded and it seems like there is no system in place when it comes to walking up to the bar to order. After about 15 minutes when I was finally able to get to the bar and get a drink, someone had already sat at the spot I was sitting at when I got back. I would suggest food orders be taken only by the side where pick up is. Other than that, it was fun.”

The service is always friendly and they seem to run on christian beliefs. The building is clean and quaint. The food is good and the soft serve ice cream (especially chocolate dipped) is a fun treat!”

“This is our favorite chill spot. The food is amazing as is the coffee. Think Grandma's house with a hot sandwich by the fireplace on the river. Great scenery and the courtyard and porch give it real charm. It's also a venue for weddings and such.”

“My mom and I had a lovely brunch at tandem. We split the avocado toast and the apple ricotta toast as well as an order of deviled eggs. We also had a limoncello spritz each. The proprietor delivered them to us herself and shared that the limoncello is made by her and is a labor of love. I LOVE limoncello and hers was delicious. Truly everything was delicious and we very much enjoyed the casual bright atmosphere. Perfect for a brunch or a stop in from a bike ride on the trace. Next time I may need to try the house-made pimento grilled cheese.”

“Went here last weekend and it did not disappoint. We got two of the roast beef's. One was a bun and one was a po-boy. They were toasted which was nice. Now I got a half and I think somebody got a 1 or 2 inches of my half, so it was a little small for me. But would not go back because of that,,,,no I am just going to order a whole because that is what I should have done from the beginning. This a good solid roast beef,,,,,,, beware it is messy. I wished I could give you a photo but it disappeared that quick.”
