The food is always yummy and I love stopping for a pastry and coffee. However, lately the service level has gone down and the atmosphere just doesn’t feel as cozy and peaceful as it used to. 9/14/23: A few days ago we had an issue with a to-go order and management (Kawanna G.) was extremely responsive and timely in resolving the issue. Today we had the pleasure of meeting her and the Director of Operations (Mike) for a redo. We were very impressed and enjoyed a delightful dine-in lunch.
