Just tried Lunchbox Express after reading the rave reviews and it did not disappoint!!! You MUST try it! We had the debris/cheesy French fries, fried shrimp po-boy and the funnel cake fries. ALL to die for! The restaurant was immaculate and the service was great. A real homey atmosphere with lots of conversation and laughs with the management. We WILL be back and it was definitely worth the drive from north of Abita!! We HIGHLY recommend!
My wife and I stopped in this place at the last minute. We were looking for a very casual stop where we could sit and eat. This is an excellent place! The food was delicious and the service was equally good.Stop in here and you will have a better day.(Reply - 10/10/21)Nothing, for me four stars is pretty darn good. Amazing. I read the reviews and decided to order for lunch today. I am extremely picky and am not one to try new things but I'm so glad I did. I ordered the debris fries and they are the best. The ranch on the side is also great. I've never felt compelled to leave a review but I had to. If you put these fries on bread with that ranch......j can't even
