Pardo's is what you expect. Dimmed lights making you sleepy when you seat, buttery dishes, black and white linens. #Torpid but once adjusted with the coffee expresso's , all is good.
Came for Christmas Eve brunch. We had the best food and service imaginable. Shout out to our waiter Sam. He’s one of the best I’ve had; friendly, knowledgeable, you name it, he was excellent. My new favorite restaurant in Mandeville!

Just ate at Pardo’s for the first time. Mathew was amazing. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the food. I had the lobster bisque. It was excellent. The fois gras was good and the duck. Lovely atmosphere and great food and service. Will be going back.
