When it is good, it is great 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time is if you order and pick up after 8 pm because the night crew messes up your order and just stands there staring at you when you bring their mistakes to their attention. The African American female and the white male are rude and worthless. The night manager is clueless.
The location on Carrollton Ave. Is occasionally not ppen during regular business hours with no explanation. This is poor business as i have driven to JJ's expecting them to be open. This has happened 4 or 5 times.
